Send us a Letter of Intent (LOI). We need to know your target price, the required amount of Bahia Food products, your preferred payment method, and your destination port.
FCO - Full Corporate Offer
We will send you a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) outlining the transaction procedures for the upcoming SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) contract.
ICPO / Draft SPA Contract
Return the signed and stamped FCO along with the ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order), including your full bank details.
SPA "The Contract" / PI - Proforma Invoice
Once we receive the signed FCO and ICPO, we will issue you a draft SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreement) contract. This contract may be further negotiated by both the buyer and seller. The seller will also issue the PI (Proforma Invoice).
