If the Buyer requests the products to be manufactured under their own private label, the following minimum order quantities shall apply
The Seller is responsible for notifying the Buyer in writing of the loading date upon completion of production and for subsequently providing the logistics booking details.
The Buyer irrevocably accepts these payment terms and undertakes that any failure to comply will result in the suspension of shipment.
For the products specified in the price lists mutually agreed upon by the parties, the production process is expected to be completed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the order is confirmed.
